7. CONSENT AGENDA - Adoption of the Consent Agenda allows the Council to consolidate voting on agenda items that do not need to be discussed individually and for which presentation of additional information is not required. Items placed on the Consent Agenda may be removed by any Councilmember or upon the request of any persons present at the meeting prior to the adoption of the Consent Agenda. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be considered in order following approval of the remaining Consent Agenda items.
